Designed for a family who love entertaining, the interiors are grounded in a monochrome palette softened by oak floors, natural stone, and curated textures. Crisp architectural lines are offset by custom joinery, layered lighting, and refined finishes—each detail considered to enhance daily living while expressing timeless restraint.
At the heart of the home is a double-height void where we designed a sculptural staircase, anchoring the open-plan living spaces and creating visual drama without excess. A sleek black kitchen with a concealed wine cellar elevates the functionality while setting the tone for elegant entertaining. In the bathrooms, large-format stone tiles, brushed tapware and curved vanities create a quiet retreat-like experience.
K co Design’s approach was focused on connection—between old and new, indoors and out, architecture and interiors—resulting in a home that is both expressive and enduring, tailored to its owners’ lifestyle with thoughtful clarity.
