Henderson Casa
This residence is defined by its sculptural architecture and refined materiality. Sweeping curves and double-height volumes create a dramatic spatial experience, while vertical concrete fins filter natural light and provide a sense of rhythm throughout the interior.

The kitchen and dining areas form the heart of the home, anchored by a restrained palette of stone, timber, and steel. These materials are selected not only for their durability but also for their ability to create a calm and cohesive backdrop. Every design detail has been considered to elevate daily life — from the custom wine wall to the sculptural lighting that punctuates the generous, open volumes.

Balancing scale with intimacy, the interiors are designed to support family life while maintaining a strong architectural identity. The result is a home that feels both enduring and distinctly modern.

Client testimonial

“Being in the property industry myself I have used dozens of interior designers on our projects over the years. When it came to selecting an interior designer for our own family home, I can say my wife and I chose Kristy from K co design as our first choice with no hesitation. Kristy and her team at K co are incredibly prompt, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Building your family home is somewhat stressful and emotional to say the least however no request was too big and they were always helpful and accommodating. The end result of their projects is a true reflection of their attention to detail with designs and finishes. After such an exceptional experience it would make it very hard for me select any other interior designer again.”’
