Walton Residence

Walton Street Residence brings together the charm of a classic Queenslander with the openness of contemporary living, creating a warm and quietly refined family retreat. K co Design was engaged to thoughtfully reconfigure and enhance the interiors, creating flow, functionality, and calm across the duality of old and new.

The upper level is accessed via structured timber staircase, flooded with natural light and framed by a full-height window that draws the eye outward to the treetops. Throughout the home, K co Design has layered natural materials, thoughtful details, and softly filtered light to create a residence that feels quietly confident and deeply connected to its context.
